Fruit-OH is an agricultural and environmental technology company that provides an autonomous waste-to-value infrastructure designed for on-site deployment. The company addresses the $125B global agricultural waste problem by converting organic waste — previously considered an expensive liability — into four premium commodities: bioethanol, compressed bio-fibers, food-grade CO₂, and distilled water. The core product is a containerized, plug-and-play unit that uses chemical, biological, and physical processes to break down highly variable mixed waste streams directly at the source, with no change to existing facility operations. Units are deployed individually or networked into “Hives” of 15 units under a central operations center, enabling rapid scaling from a single packing house to enterprise-wide infrastructure. By eliminating third-party transport and off-site logistics, the system reduces emissions and delivers a circular economy solution with 100% mass conversion and zero landfill residue. The business model combines hardware sales, SaaS licensing for remote monitoring, and commodity revenue sharing, with a 12–24 month ROI for clients
Voltify can save over 20% of rail’s main expense – energy.
They are retrofitting diesel locomotives with battery power, enabling them to fast charge through a dedicated smart microgrid network.
It was founded by Daphna Langer, previously founder of a logistics and data company, and Alon Kessel, founder of the public energy company Doral (global projects of over $1B each)
In under two years, they secured over $50M contingent PO and a paid pilot with one of the largest global rail companies with a $1B+ contract potential.
Voltify’s tech is unlocking a $20B ARR opportunity in rail energy sales, and $100B ARR from the off-grid, rail-connected energy network
Immedia Power is an energy infrastructure company addressing one of the biggest bottlenecks in electrification: slow and constrained grid expansion.
Electrification is accelerating, but new high-voltage grid connections can take 5–10 years, preventing EV fleets, edge data centers, ports, and industrial sites from scaling operations and generating revenue. As a result, these sites are forced to rely on inefficient and carbon-intensive alternatives, delaying progress toward net-zero goals.
Immedia Power provides permanent, utility-grade on-site capacity delivered in weeks instead of years, with a small physical footprint. Our flagship product, GX230, is a modular 230 kW multi-fuel power system that synchronizes directly with existing electrical infrastructure and operates as additional native grid capacity rather than backup power. The system supports LPG, CNG, biofuels, synthetic fuels, and hydrogen blends, enabling a clear pathway away from diesel while remaining deployable today.
Multiple units are orchestrated by proprietary software that intelligently manages load, peak demand, preventative maintenance, and output across single or multi-site deployments. The system combines high power density, ~42% utility-scale efficiency, universal grid integration, and structurally lower CAPEX per kW than incumbent solutions.
Immedia Power has completed a proof of concept, signed pilot LOIs, and is working with an experienced European development partner. Our solution enables faster electrification, reduces reliance on diesel generators, improves energy efficiency, and unlocks immediate revenue growth for energy-constrained sites

WindClaw developed a new class of ultra-efficient vertical-axis wind turbines to unlock the world’s vast, untapped wind resource. Humanity harvests < 1% of wind energy because HAWTs require huge towers, uniform winds, and large setbacks; making them super-expensive, hard to transport, slow to install, and confined to a narrow set of premium sites. WindClaw breaks those constraints.
WindClaw delivers a paradigmatic shift in wind design by achieving what was long considered impossible: lift-level force with drag-level cost. This breakthrough lowers LCOE per turbine, an effect that is magnified in utility farms – the area consumed by a single utility-scale HAWT accommodates over 100 WindClaw turbines – these produce much more energy, for far less money, in far less time.
WindClaw accelerates climate impact by making wind far cheaper and easier to scale. Its lightweight, modular, robust design cuts lifecycle emissions and simplifies end-of-life, keeping every kilowatt cleaner and cheaper from cradle to retirement.

We develop unique reflectors that increase the energy production of solar fams by re-directing otherwise wasted solar dariation: the reflectors are static, they are installed in-between rows of ground mounted solar panels.
The increase is dramatic: about 13%-15% annualy, for many years, while the cost is about 3%-5% of the initial farm’s CapEx (with low added O&M). This will significantly increase the Net Present Value of the whold solar project – approximately double the NPV (case sensitive).
Our solution is the only one that could be used as a retrofit for already operating farms (and for newly constructed farms, as well). This is achieved via unique design that comploes with all of the constarints of solar farms; the most challenging one is the need to ensure homodeneous distribution of the added irradiance – and we accomplished to do so!
We focus on the rear side of Bifacial panels.

Our in-house SCADA system “SOMA” receives inputs like shading patterns, crop health, and weather conditions and outputs an optimal tracking angle that supports crop yields, but also produces enough electricity to maintain the financial viability of projects. In addition, our lightweight and versatile structure can be raised to 5 meters height at a competitive LCOE. These features enable highly tailored Agri-PV designs that boost project profitability and harness the synergies between agriculture and solar energy.

HYS ENERGY develops a new electrochemical process for utilization of sulfur-containing acid gases, involuntary harmful by-products of different industries. Their treatment represents a significant industrial concern. The process provides a more cost-effective and safe way for their utilization, compared to traditional technologies. Waste-to-energy approach: utilization of these by-products is combined with hydrogen production or electricity generation (TRL3).
The Modified Direct Seawater Electrolysis Process for efficient Green Hydrogen production is the second technology we are working on. Seawater could be an abundant source of hydrogen. However, due to some technological problems, direct seawater electrolysis is currently used commercially for chlorine production. Hydrogen is generated as a by-product. The proposed innovation solves these challenges and provides a more economical way for electrolytic hydrogen production, “Patent Pending” IP protection (TRL 2).

Electrochemical generation of power through fuel cells is an effective pathway for decarbonization of transport, energy and manufacturing. Fuel Cell power solutions are also a means for storage of excess renewable energy from intermittent renewable energy sources and enable low carbon power independent of the prevailing conditions of the wind or the sun.
Low-carbon hydrogen is destined to be a key component of clean energy systems; fueling industrial thermal processes, enabling chemical storage of solar and wind energies, and fueling long-distance land and air transportation. A key barrier for low-carbon hydrogen is the cost gap compared to hydrogen from fossil fuels, the source of 98% of current global hydrogen production.
The company has developed a patented, data-driven technology that optimizes biological waste treatment and biogas production through precise control of microbiological digestion. The solution is based on an Integrated Ecosystem Solution (IES) that combines real-time operational data, advanced microbiome intelligence, and AI-driven analytics to evaluate and improve process performance continuously.
Through data-driven optimization of the digestion process, the technology increases net biogas energy output by up to 30% while improving process stability and operational efficiency. At the same time, it significantly reduces excess nitrogen and phosphorus in the digestate, lowering environmental risks and reducing the land area required for nutrient spreading. This enables digestate application to be managed in a way that supports soil health rather than nutrient saturation.
The technology supports carbon-negative operation by reducing greenhouse gas emissions by up to 50% compared to conventional solutions. A pilot-scale local facility on a dairy farm validates the system’s performance, demonstrating its readiness for international deployment. The platform also offers advanced microbiome analysis and digital tools that provide actionable insights for continuous optimization across diverse waste treatment processes
