Extraction
Extraction process innovations and increased efficiency and purity leading to lower carbon and water footprints, implementation of waste solutions and a circular material cycle.
Timna Elements is developing a sustainable hydrometallurgical platform for recovering critical metals from mining and urban waste. Our technology transforms low-value waste streams—including mine tailings, industrial residues, and electronic waste—into valuable sources of critical raw materials essential for clean energy, electrification, and advanced manufacturing.
Our proprietary process combines selective leaching, advanced separation, and metal recovery to efficiently extract target metals while minimizing chemical consumption, energy use, and secondary waste generation. Unlike conventional mining, which relies on energy-intensive extraction of virgin ores, our approach recovers existing resources already present in waste, reducing environmental impact and supporting a circular economy.
The platform is designed to be flexible and scalable, enabling recovery of multiple critical metals from diverse feedstocks. By converting waste liabilities into valuable resources, Timna Elements helps reduce dependence on primary mining, improves resource security, and lowers the carbon footprint of critical metal production.
Our mission is to make critical metals more sustainable, accessible, and resilient, accelerating the transition to a low-carbon economy while creating economic value from materials that would otherwise remain unused
The technology is powered by Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINNs) that fuse machine learning with the laws of thermodynamics and chemical kinetics. While traditional “black box” AI requires years of historical data and fails during unpredictable operational anomalies, Kineticore embeds physical reality into the neural network’s core architecture.
This physics-first approach eliminates “pilot purgatory,” shortening deployment from years to under four weeks. Out of the box, the modules deliver 85–95% fault prediction accuracy and real-time process guidance. By monitoring critical equipment (like ESPs) and optimizing energy-intensive thermal assets (like EAFs or chemical reactors), Kineticore provides operators with immediate, actionable recommendations.
Ultimately, the technology shifts the industrial paradigm from defensive cost-cutting to aggressive margin expansion—turning complex physical processes into predictable, highly resilient, and insurable operations on Earth and in space
We make sustainability simple, fast, and affordable for every business. LCAs (Life Cycle Assessments) typically take months to complete and require specialized expertise from environmental consultants. The LCAi platform is powered by our novel AI agent architecture and large language models, designed to conduct LCAs efficiently and effortlessly for any existing product. Our goal is to deliver a simple, personalized experience for every user, with built-in support for LCAs that comply with every standard or purpose (CBAM, ESPR, DPP, EPD, and more), allowing companies to make data-driven, sustainable decisions across their entire supply chain
Our proprietary Solid State Reduction™ technology is a single-step, closed-loop process that operates at ambient temperature using continuously recyclable, low-cost reagents. Unlike conventional pyrometallurgical and hydrometallurgical refining, it eliminates energy-intensive, capital-intensive, and highly polluting operations while producing high-purity elemental metals without additional downstream refining.
The process takes place inside our modular, scalable LiGen Cell™ extraction units, designed for deployment directly at battery recycling facilities and mineral processing sites. Their low capital requirements make advanced critical mineral recovery accessible to small and mid-sized recyclers while enabling decentralized production.
LiGenerate transforms battery recycling from a cost center into a profit center, strengthening domestic critical mineral supply chains and supporting a truly circular battery economy. We have demonstrated recovery of elemental metals at more than 99% purity, including cobalt, nickel, and antimony, and are currently building our first pilot battery black mass recycling facility, scheduled to launch in Q1 2027.
LiGenerate helps secure sustainable critical mineral supplies for the global clean energy transition.
Today, excavators account for approximately 2% of global carbon emissions, a significant footprint, which is comparable to the commercial aviation industry. This highlights the critical need for more efficient and sustainable excavation practices.
Dig Robotics is a smart excavator operator guidance add-on solution which boosts productivity by up to 30%. Its innovative real-time technology ensures every bucket is filled faster and completely—100% of the time. This also reduces fuel consumption and carbon emissions.
Powered by advanced machine learning (ML) algorithms, kinematics and 3D scanning technology, Dig’s cutting-edge technology analyzes and processes data on the go, providing valuable insights and data for operation and tracking. Dig easily integrates with any machinery in an hour.
Dig is ideal for large-scale excavation projects, including quarries, high-risers, or large underground spaces. It visualizes and analyses the entire excavation volume and area, from the core to the edges. From the first bucket to the last, our technology ensures optimal digging performance throughout the project.
Ceal, founded in 2024, is a carbon dioxide removal (CDR) company paving the way for a Net-Zero environment. We claim to be the fastest, cheapest and most energy-efficient technology ready to scale. We use circular economy best practices to co-locate with seawater-cooled, thermal power plants, utilizing their existing infrastructure and enabling seamless integration of our proprietary electrochemical catalysis technology with their facilities. Our process is additive- and emission-free, and non-reliant upon the carbon market.
In a highly efficient single-step, Ceal captures and sequesters atmospheric CO2 dissolved in seawater into industry-essential, solid minerals, while providing soft water for various uses. Thus, enabling substantial new revenues, major cost savings and increased energy efficiency for its customers, all while reducing their environmental impact. Ceal’s solution reduces the carbon footprint of the host facility, its marine pollution of hazardous chemicals, and simplifies its operation.
Ceal – more than just carbon dioxide removal. We are healing the world.

Helios is an Israeli innovator in green iron production, tackling one of the world’s most carbon-intensive industries. Our breakthrough technology, the Helios Cycle, replaces carbon and hydrogen with sodium as the reducing agent in ironmaking. This two-step closed-loop process operates at only 250–350 °C, consuming less energy while producing 99%+ pure iron with oxygen as the sole byproduct.
Unlike conventional steelmaking, which depends on scarce high-grade ores and emits vast amounts of CO₂, the Helios Cycle can process abundant low-grade ores and even mining tailings. This reduces both raw material costs and industrial waste, while eliminating direct carbon emissions when powered by renewable electricity.
Our modular, mobile furnaces enable localized production near mining sites, cutting transportation costs and emissions. With lower operating expenses, faster deployment, and strong unit economics, Helios offers steelmakers a practical path toward profitability and decarbonization.
Beyond iron, our technology extends to other critical materials such as nickel, copper, cobalt, and lithium—supporting cleaner, more sustainable resource extraction across industries
