MikaGu is a deep-tech startup specializing in Physical AI and advanced acoustic analysis. We help critical infrastructure operators in the energy and defense sectors prevent catastrophic equipment failure by shifting from reactive damage detection to true anomaly anticipation.

The core problem we address is a severe technological paradox: mission-critical facilities are completely blocked from adopting standard cloud-connected predictive maintenance due to strict, zero-tolerance cybersecurity regulations.

We solve this by deploying autonomous, 100% air-gapped acoustic Edge AI systems. Our non-invasive microphone networks continuously capture the high-fidelity internal sound signatures of critical assets, such as high-voltage transformers and cooling pumps. Instead of transmitting sensitive data outward, our proprietary machine learning algorithms process it entirely locally on secure edge controllers

Fruit-OH is an agricultural and environmental technology company that provides an autonomous waste-to-value infrastructure designed for on-site deployment. The company addresses the $125B global agricultural waste problem by converting organic waste — previously considered an expensive liability — into four premium commodities: bioethanol, compressed bio-fibers, food-grade CO₂, and distilled water. The core product is a containerized, plug-and-play unit that uses chemical, biological, and physical processes to break down highly variable mixed waste streams directly at the source, with no change to existing facility operations. Units are deployed individually or networked into “Hives” of 15 units under a central operations center, enabling rapid scaling from a single packing house to enterprise-wide infrastructure. By eliminating third-party transport and off-site logistics, the system reduces emissions and delivers a circular economy solution with 100% mass conversion and zero landfill residue. The business model combines hardware sales, SaaS licensing for remote monitoring, and commodity revenue sharing, with a 12–24 month ROI for clients

Voltify can save over 20% of rail’s main expense – energy.
They are retrofitting diesel locomotives with battery power, enabling them to fast charge through a dedicated smart microgrid network.

It was founded by Daphna Langer, previously founder of a logistics and data company, and Alon Kessel, founder of the public energy company Doral (global projects of over $1B each)

In under two years, they secured over $50M contingent PO and a paid pilot with one of the largest global rail companies with a $1B+ contract potential.

Voltify’s tech is unlocking a $20B ARR opportunity in rail energy sales, and $100B ARR from the off-grid, rail-connected energy network

Random electron spin causes energy losses in conductors, electrical interfaces, and chemical reactions across almost all electronic and electrochemical systems. Chiral developed a unique, passive, nanometric layer that aligns electron spin, helping control spin effects and reduce resistivity—unlocking efficiency, capacity, and cost advantages without added power or complexity.
Chiral’s spin-aligning nanolayers can be integrated into existing technologies and manufacturing processes, delivering high impact at low cost. The company is scaling its versatile layer across multiple applications, including electrolyzers (demonstrating ~30%+ capacity/efficiency gains), semiconductors and integrated electronics (showing ~10% conductivity improvement / ~10% resistivity reduction), solid-state GPU cooling, batteries, fuel cells, PV, quantum interconnects, and more—boosting performance, reducing system footprints, and lowering costs for global OEMs

Immedia Power is an energy infrastructure company addressing one of the biggest bottlenecks in electrification: slow and constrained grid expansion.

Electrification is accelerating, but new high-voltage grid connections can take 5–10 years, preventing EV fleets, edge data centers, ports, and industrial sites from scaling operations and generating revenue. As a result, these sites are forced to rely on inefficient and carbon-intensive alternatives, delaying progress toward net-zero goals.

Immedia Power provides permanent, utility-grade on-site capacity delivered in weeks instead of years, with a small physical footprint. Our flagship product, GX230, is a modular 230 kW multi-fuel power system that synchronizes directly with existing electrical infrastructure and operates as additional native grid capacity rather than backup power. The system supports LPG, CNG, biofuels, synthetic fuels, and hydrogen blends, enabling a clear pathway away from diesel while remaining deployable today.

Multiple units are orchestrated by proprietary software that intelligently manages load, peak demand, preventative maintenance, and output across single or multi-site deployments. The system combines high power density, ~42% utility-scale efficiency, universal grid integration, and structurally lower CAPEX per kW than incumbent solutions.

Immedia Power has completed a proof of concept, signed pilot LOIs, and is working with an experienced European development partner. Our solution enables faster electrification, reduces reliance on diesel generators, improves energy efficiency, and unlocks immediate revenue growth for energy-constrained sites

Nugen turns power from a bottleneck into a strategic advantage: clean, modular, on-site energy wherever growth demands it. We deliver swappable solid-state energy cartridges that can be shipped as cargo, stored on-site, and converted into clean electricity whenever needed.

We use a patented solid-state energy-carrier architecture to generate clean electricity on demand without any conventional fuel infrastructure. Energy is shipped as stable solid-state cartridges and converted into power by a proprietary catalytic reactor technology and a Physical AI control layer.

The result is a compact system that delivers up to 30% more usable electricity per unit volume than diesel.

No pipelines. No complex storage or fuel infrastructure.

For data centers, that means clean, long-duration power that can be deployed quickly, expanded modularly as demand grows, and used for backup, grid support, or expansion without waiting years for new grid infrastructure

WindClaw developed a new class of ultra-efficient vertical-axis wind turbines to unlock the world’s vast, untapped wind resource. Humanity harvests < 1% of wind energy because HAWTs require huge towers, uniform winds, and large setbacks; making them super-expensive, hard to transport, slow to install, and confined to a narrow set of premium sites. WindClaw breaks those constraints.

WindClaw delivers a paradigmatic shift in wind design by achieving what was long considered impossible: lift-level force with drag-level cost. This breakthrough lowers LCOE per turbine, an effect that is magnified in utility farms – the area consumed by a single utility-scale HAWT accommodates over 100 WindClaw turbines – these produce much more energy, for far less money, in far less time.

WindClaw accelerates climate impact by making wind far cheaper and easier to scale. Its lightweight, modular, robust design cuts lifecycle emissions and simplifies end-of-life, keeping every kilowatt cleaner and cheaper from cradle to retirement.

An ultra efficient refrigeration cycle and at its heart a novel compressor, our cycle features a patented, integrated secondary compression cycle, utilizing a dual fluid, dual phase solution.
Compressor work is reduced by more than 50%, condenser load & required fan power reduced by 30%. The new cycle is expected to double the COP (coefficient of performance).
Applicable for both commercial refrigeration & HVAC residential, as initial target markets, the design uses the same features of today’s refrigeration units, providing a form, fit and function (FFF) replacement, while using a clean natural refrigerant (less than 3.0 GWP).
The building of the refrigeration unit, cost of goods and manufacturing utilizes the same methods employed today for about the same cost. Same installation methods, and the same industry ready technician tools and certification, even expected size and shipping. So, the cost of the units is expected to be the same as today’s units CAPEX, while lifetime cost of ownership is expected to be cut by more than 50%.
The design also features a new novel method of integration for energy storage, in the form of a local (distributed) pressure-based vessel for 2 to 3 hours peek shifting capabilities.
The cycle has further applications to be developed
