EYWA is an agentic AI platform for the autonomous management of large HVAC and chiller operations. Large HVAC systems drive billions in energy and maintenance costs, yet faults and inefficiencies typically go undetected until damage has already occurred. EYWA’s autonomous agents transform this reactive model into predictive, optimized asset intelligence: they continuously monitor every sensor to catch anomalies as they appear, correlate patterns across systems to pinpoint root causes rather than symptoms, and autonomously adjust setpoints, schedules, and operations in real time, no human in the loop required. The platform reduces energy waste by 10–30%, detects equipment faults weeks before they cause downtime, and scales expert-level HVAC optimization across facilities without hiring specialized engineers at every site
Generative AI models are limited because they predict text. We are building the first model designed to predict physical events.
At Psistar, we are pioneering methods that treat physics as a language and operational knowledge as grounded truth. By decoding the underlying patterns of pressure, flow, and causality, we are building the world’s first Physics-Informed Foundation Model and Operational Ontology Model.
Our goal is to move AI beyond statistical guessing to mathematical certainty.
While the applications are limitless, we are already transforming legacy infrastructure into perfect, autonomous experts in Energy, Aerospace, and Data Centers. Our vision is building the brain for the entire physical world
Kryora is an AI-powered software platform that optimizes cooling systems in real time for data centers and other mission-critical industrial environments, reducing energy consumption, operating costs, and carbon emissions without requiring hardware changes.
Cooling represents 40–60% of total electricity usage in data centers and large industrial facilities, especially in AI-driven environments where heat loads are extreme and highly dynamic. Most cooling systems today rely on static rules and conservative safety margins, leading to significant energy waste.
Kryora ingests real-time data from sensors, BMS, and operational systems, including temperature, airflow, power usage, and workload behavior, and applies machine-learning models to continuously optimize cooling performance. Unlike rule-based control, Kryora dynamically adapts to changing conditions, including high-density AI racks, while operating safely within thermal and reliability constraints.
The platform integrates with existing cooling infrastructure (CRAC/CRAH, chillers, air and liquid cooling systems), deploys quickly, and requires no physical retrofits. Kryora can reduce cooling energy consumption by up to 30%, directly lowering electricity demand, peak grid load, and CO₂ emissions.
By improving cooling efficiency at scale, Kryora enables more sustainable, resilient, and cost-effective growth of AI data centers and industrial facilities

The company’s transparent solar solution also unlocks a fast-growing retrofit market by restoring lost capacity in aging solar farms without replacing existing infrastructure.
Validated by Europe’s leading independent applied science research organization (TNO) and backed by strategic industry partners, Arbell is on a mission to accelerate global decarbonization by delivering more power, at lower cost, across more surfaces than ever before
An ultra efficient refrigeration cycle and at its heart a novel compressor, our cycle features a patented, integrated secondary compression cycle, utilizing a dual fluid, dual phase solution.
Compressor work is reduced by more than 50%, condenser load & required fan power reduced by 30%. The new cycle is expected to double the COP (coefficient of performance).
Applicable for both commercial refrigeration & HVAC residential, as initial target markets, the design uses the same features of today’s refrigeration units, providing a form, fit and function (FFF) replacement, while using a clean natural refrigerant (less than 3.0 GWP).
The building of the refrigeration unit, cost of goods and manufacturing utilizes the same methods employed today for about the same cost. Same installation methods, and the same industry ready technician tools and certification, even expected size and shipping. So, the cost of the units is expected to be the same as today’s units CAPEX, while lifetime cost of ownership is expected to be cut by more than 50%.
The design also features a new novel method of integration for energy storage, in the form of a local (distributed) pressure-based vessel for 2 to 3 hours peek shifting capabilities.
The cycle has further applications to be developed
