SeaNovel Bioplastic Ltd. extracts marine polymer to develop industrial-scale, biodegradable raw material. Their drop-in solution eliminates microplastics and infrastructure barriers, converting marine biomass into high-performance commercial value. SeaNovel converts macroalgae polysaccharides into high-performance resin pellets using a streamlined process powered by sunlight and seawater, with a Hot Melt material that enables a smooth transition with no major infrastructure changes or capital investment in industrial machinery.
The company targets two initial markets: fresh food packaging, where its resin extends product shelf life as a compostable alternative to plastic wraps, and single-use packaging, where its pellets provide a durable yet naturally biodegradable substitute for disposable plastics.
SeaNovel transforms ocean resources into sustainable material that returns safely from the sea and back to earth

Thetis AI develops an advanced AI-based voyage optimization system for commercial ships. Our technology collects real-time operational data from vessels and environmental conditions, and then processes this data to generate optimized recommendations for ship speed, route, and arrival time. This results in significant fuel savings reduced CO2 emissions, and improved operational efficiency for shipping companies. Our mission is to transform how ships operate by delivering a scalable, data-driven, automated solution that is easy to deploy, cost-effective, and capable of adapting to the dynamic conditions of maritime trade

YAMIM is a climate-tech aquaculture startup that uses on-site computer vision and cloud AI to produce and optimize natural live feed from local aquatic microorganisms, replacing a significant share of imported, industrial feed. By closing nutrient loops on the farm, we reduce feed shipping and embedded emissions by an estimated 50–60%, improve circular use of water and biomass, and strengthen local farm economies.
Our precision feeding and live-feed production lower nitrite and waste loads, creating cleaner aquatic environment and more resilient ecosystems, while improving feed conversion ratios and fish health. YAMIM directly advances SDGs around sustainable food systems, responsible production, and life below water, and targets a massive opportunity to disrupt how protein is grown in over 500,000 aquafarms worldwide and a $120B global market.

Revolutionising the way the world protects its vulnerable coastlines; CCell is at the forefront of adopting a nature-centric approach. Our mildly electrified underwater reef structures accrete calcareous rock, which becomes home for threatened marine species and creates resilient ecosystems. Our distinctive CCell Sense marine intelligence platform enables us to listen to what our oceans are telling us – this remote sensing technology sheds new light on marine research and inspires conservation.

Driven by our love for the ocean, we launched EchoSight – a multi-sensor (integrating vision & sound), AI-powered service that provides a customizable and reliable intelligence data layer designed to cut labor costs and project delays.
EchoSight supports multiple offshore O&M, defense, and environmental applications –  including automated marine-life and noise-level monitoring, as well as predicting maintenance needs and turbine efficiency for optimization and remote inspection.
Our technology, capable of automatically detecting 13 different species of marine mammals, has already been proven in dozens of global conservation projects, including collaborations with NOAA, and has received international recognition and awards (Wazoku Prize, WildLabs Grant, NFWF).

NakAI is the only autonomous solution that cleans vessels’ hulls in-transit. Our B2B HaaS solution is a proactive cleaning robot of marine biofouling that assures minimal vessels’ drag and downtime, while dramatically improving ocean pollutants and compliance with new regulations. It enables up to 20% in cargo fuel savings, eliminates an average 10 lost days in ports, at least 30% reduction of GHG air pollutants, and up to 85% prevention in the introduction of aquatic invasive species. It offers an ROI of up to 6 months per vessel. This unique Deep-tech system consists of Robots & Docking stations placed on the railings of the vessel. The robot autonomously travels below the water line, and removes early-stage Slime & Biofouling from the ship’s hull while In-Transit – with a local power supply (no wires) and without harming the antifouling paint. During 2022 – NakAI secured a $1.5M Pre-Seed funding led by an Israeli VC, completed MVP development of the robot and its operating software, and partnered with the top ten listed cargo vessel owners and operators to deploy our first systems, where in parallel conducting robust Sea-trials and industry-acknowledged lab tests to reach a GA product this year. NakAI has won 4 global OceanTech competitions, received the maximum funding from the IIA, and participated in Climate First and Microsoft AI For Good programs. Recently, NakAI signed a 5-year paid service agreement for 10 vessels, secured investments and commitments for the new Bridge round, currently looking for strategic partners who wish to join our unique journey.

GiliOcean Technology designed, manufactured, operated and managed the world’s largest open-ocean commercial fish farm. Moving fish out to the open ocean, their natural habitat, where the oxygen levels are ideal, and the natural micro-elements help the fish grow faster and healthier, with a negligible, to no use of antibiotics.

GO SMART, GiliOcean’s smart farming division, uses AI, machine-learning and big-data to analyze the water quality as well as fish biomass, mortality, and behavior. Providing crucial continuous information for farmers, they can then make precise data-based decisions, better manage, and monitor fish stock. This leads to increased efficiency, better crop yield and lower environmental impact.
