Capsule Minimal
Capsule Minimal significantly reduces carbon emissions by eliminating single-use packaging and water transport

About Us
Capsule minimal develops technologies for the encapsulation of a wide range of water-based products, such as toiletries, cosmetics, household cleaning material, and even wall paintings, pesticides, and fertilizers.
Our uni and patented developed technologies enable the production of compressed powder capsules that include the active ingredients required for the final product in a pre-determined chemo-mechanic structure. Our capsules, independently manufacture the final product in a very short time, upon their placement in water, while replacing significant production activities that until today, due to the lack of suitable technologies, are carried out exclusively in production plants. Our patented encapsulation technologies actually transfer the factory into the home bottle, thus saving more than 80% of production energy inputs and at least 95% of carbon emissions involved in the whole product’s supply chains.
Accordingly, instead of buying the usual product (that usually contains a polluting disposable plastic bottle, at least 80% water that requires massive logistics and production investments, synthetic polluting active ingredients, and loads of polluting packaging), the consumer, buys a solid capsule with a volume of up to 20% of the total product (usually much less), puts it at home in a reusable bottle, and within a short time receives a finished product.
Relevant Challenges
Product Design
Capsule Minimal improves circularity through its product design by promoting reusable bottles, minimizing single-use packaging, and utilizing environmentally friendly materials, thus reducing waste and resource consumption.
Supply Chain Optimization
Capsule Minimal reduce the final product’s volume by 90% (for hand soap for example), significantly lowering storage and transportation requirements. With less packaging and fewer materials needed, raw material transportation is also minimized. This streamlined process decreases logistical costs and environmental impact, creating a more efficient sustainable supply chain that conserves resources and reduces carbon emissions (by 95%).
