NeoLogic
NeoLogic develops power-efficient AI server CPUs that significantly reduce data center energy consumption and AI inference costs, enabling a more sustainable and scalable digital infrastructure

About Us
NeoLogic is an Israeli semiconductor company developing next-generation AI server CPUs purpose-built for the data center era. Founded in 2021 and currently post-Series A, the company delivers a proprietary processor architecture designed to dramatically improve performance-per-watt compared to conventional CPU and GPU solutions.
NeoLogic’s processors reduce total data center power consumption by up to 30% while cutting AI inference costs by more than 100X versus GPU-based architectures. This enables cloud providers and data center operators to lower both OPEX and CAPEX, while addressing one of the most critical challenges of AI growth: energy efficiency at scale.
The company works closely with leading global industry players and targets large-scale deployment through server manufacturers and enterprise customers. By rethinking server compute from the silicon level up, NeoLogic plays a key role in decarbonizing digital infrastructure and enabling sustainable growth of AI, cloud, and data-intensive services
Relevant Challenges
Energy Efficient Computation
We redesign the server CPU specifically for AI inference workloads, aiming to deliver much higher performance-per-watt at the silicon level. This architecture can reduce total data center power consumption by up to ~30% while making AI inference dramatically cheaper versus GPU-based approaches
Decarbonizing Data Centers
Our chip architecture reduces the electricity required per unit of compute. In practice, if a data center can deliver the same (or more) AI inference with less power, it can cut associated emissions, reduce cooling load (since less IT power becomes less heat), and free up constrained electrical capacity—a known bottleneck for data center expansion
